Cooking Instructions
*JUST Egg should be used within 7 days of thawing
Thaw and shake well before use.
Pre-heat a lightly oiled pan or skilled over medium heat.
Add JUST Egg Liquid to the pan. Scramble like an egg. A rubber spatula works well to scrape it from the sides/bottom of the pan.
While I still wish I could get a half size bulk order (15lbs), the smaller cartons make this much more easy to store and handle. The plastic bags were fine, but they would often leak when defrosting and could get quite messy. If I could have gotten only 15 lbs, this would have been a 5 star review.

Came thawed and expired by three months
The entire case was completely thawed out and I got it as soon as I was notified that it was at the door. The eggs had an expiration date of April 11th (which was three months ago). When I emailed to tell someone, they said it's fine because there should have been a paper that said they were fine from the manufacturer. There was no paper and the email did not have anything attached. I had to ask for the paper which was then sent as an attachment that basically anyone could have made. Severely disappointed in the service from Vedgeco. For the amount of money that I pay for a 30 lb case they should at least have refunded the money or got me another case. Not planning on buying from them again.
