We created JUST Egg Folded with your breakfast ritual in mind. It's toaster-ready, packed with 7g of clean, sustainable protein, and free of cholesterol. Tastes great on its own with a dash of hot sauce, or tucked into your breakfast sandwiches. Or chop it up for topping noodles and stir-fries.

It starts with a small bean and some healthy soil. Then, the bean becomes an egg that scrambles in a pan or folds into an omelet. It leaves wild spaces wild, reduces air and ocean pollution, and builds muscle in our bodies without a milligram of cholesterol.

Water, Mung Bean Protein Isolate, Expeller-Pressed Canola Oil, Corn Starch, Contains less than 2% of Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Natural Carrot Extractives (color), Natural Turmeric Extractives (color), Salt, Transglutaminase.

**Toaster (Chef's Choice) **

  1. Place JUST Egg in standard toaster and heat on high for 6 1/2 minutes.

Skillet

  1. Warm a bit of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook JUST Egg for 5 minutes and slip halfway through.

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Wrap JUST Egg in foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Microwave

  1. Wrap JUST Egg in a paper towel, place on a microwave safe plate and heat on high for 1 1/2 minutes.

Althrough JUST Egg is pre-cooked, please heat thoroughly before enjoying. Cooking times may vary
