Pan Preheat your pan on medium-high heat with olive or vegetable oil. Add the meatballs and fry for 5 to 6 minutes (if defrosted) / 8 to 10 minutes (if frozen) until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 160°F. Remove from the pan, shaking off any excessive oil and draining on a paper towel if needed.

Oven Preheat your oven to 400°F. Season your Future Meatballs with your favorite spices and a dash of olive oil. Cook for 9 minutes (if defrosted) / 15 minutes (if frozen), turning half way through, until they're moist inside and golden outside.

Grill Season your Future Meatballs with your favorite spices and a dash of oil. Make sure your grill is nice and hot, and brush some oil on the surface to prevent sticking. Cook the meatballs for 4 minutes (if defrosted) / 7 minutes (if frozen), turning constantly.

Air Fryer Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes at 350°F. Cook the meatballs 6 minutes (if defrosted) / 8 minutes (if frozen), turning half way.

Keep refrigerated or frozen. For best results, cook your Future Meatballs thawed. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days. Cook thoroughly, then consume immediately.
