Shipping & Delivery
VEDGEco Shipping Policy as of July 20th, 2021:
1. No Order Minimums: You will be able to place an order for any amount and no longer have to reach a $150 minimum.
2. $250 Free Shipping: Orders $250+ will qualify for Free Shipping. NEW: shipping charges will be applied to orders below $250.
3. Same Week Delivery: As of of Sunday, September 26, all orders placed Sunday-Tuesday by 8pm local time will begin shipping next day for delivery same-week. Orders placed Wednesday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.
All items are shipped frozen with dry ice and arrive within 2 to 7 days. Orders placed Sunday - Tuesday will arrive within three days. Orders placed Wednesday - Saturday will arrive the following week.
*NEW* Route Shipping Insurance: We now offer shipping insurance on all orders for a nominal fee at checkout. Any order which has opted out of this insurance will not be eligible for reshipment/refunding. Please see 'Route' section for complete details.
How much does shipping cost?
All shipping will be free for orders over $250. Anything under $250 will be calculated at checkout based on shipping location.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the lower 48 U.S. states & Hawaii.
Do you have any physical stores?
We operate our flagship store in Hawaii with limited hours, and service Hawaii & the continental U.S. via e-commerce. For more information on our Hawaii store hours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will arrive 2-7 days after it is placed. You can find tracking information on your Shipping Confirmation email. If you will not be able to receive your order on a specific date, please reach out to us at email@example.com prior to placing your order and we’d be happy to assist you.
Are all items shipped frozen?
Yes, all items are shipped frozen with dry ice.
Are my items safe to consume if no longer frozen upon arrival?
As long as the items remain in a chilled state, they are safe to consume. The dry ice may evaporate in-transit, and this is perfectly normal, especially during the warmer months of summer.
What do I do with the dry ice?
Handle dry ice with gloves. You may leave the dry ice inside the box, and place the box outside. It will evaporate harmlessly within 24 hours. You may then recycle the plastic bags via participating drop-off locations such as retail stores for recycling.
Is your packaging material recyclable?
Yes, all of our packaging material is recyclable and compostable. The dry ice bags can be recycled with other plastic bags at drop-off recycling programs once the dry ice has evaporated. Gel Packs are drain-safe and can be poured down the drain after use.

What if my order never arrives or is lost, stolen, or damaged?
To protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during shipment add Route package protection at checkout.
When you add Route Protect, you can easily file an issue for a lost, stolen, or damaged package. When you file an issue, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 1-2 business days. How do I file a shipping issue for my lost, stolen or damaged order?

Can I make changes or cancel my order after it was placed?
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 30-minutes of being placed by emailing email@example.com. Please include your order number so that we may assist you. We cannot guarantee any changes will be accommodated beyond the 30-minute window.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns. If you are at all dissatisfied with your order or experience, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assist you.
What is your refund policy?
We have recently updated our refund policy, with the implementation of Route.

What is the Subscription Policy?

Who is eligible?
All customers are eligible for our subscription service. For the greatest volume-based discounts, independent restaurants, grocers, and foodservice operators can sign up for a VEDGEco Plus+ account here.
Is there a discount for subscribing?
Yes! Subscribers will receive a 2% discount on each order placed through our subscription service.
How do I cancel?
Log into your account and click Manage Subscriptions. From here you will be able to edit any active orders, including cancelation. If you're having any trouble with this step, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The VEDGEco Loyalty Program is no longer in effect. Previously distributed VEDGEco Cash may still be redeemed on merchandise.

$500 Weekly Plus+ Case Giveaway
1. Who is eligible for the giveaway?
All registered Plus+ members are eligible. Those who place an order for a Plus+ (largest size) case during the given week are automatically entered to win. Plus+ members may also enter each week without making a purchase, by emailing Plus@VEDGEco.com with "Giveaway Entry" in the subject line. Each Plus+ member may only win once every six months.

Plus+ members will automatically be given one entry for each Plus+ (largest size) case of product they order during the given week.

3. What is the prize?

5. How will winners be selected?
