Shipping & Delivery
At VEDGEco, you get:
1. Free Shipping on Orders $250+
2. Same-Week Frozen Delivery on orders placed by Tuesday at 8pm local time
3. No Order Minimums or Membership Fees
All items are shipped frozen with dry ice and arrive within 2 to 7 days. Orders placed on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday before 8pm local time will arrive within three days. Orders placed after 8pm on Tuesday local time through Saturday will arrive the following week.
Route Shipping Insurance: We offer shipping insurance on all orders for a nominal fee at checkout. Any order which has opted out of this insurance will not be eligible for reshipment/refunding. Please see 'Route' section for complete details.
How much does shipping cost?
All shipping will be free for orders over $250. Anything under $250 will be calculated at checkout based on shipping location.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the lower 48 U.S. states & Hawaii.
Do you have any physical stores?
We operate our flagship store in Hawaii with limited hours, and service Hawaii & the continental U.S. via e-commerce. For more information on our Hawaii store hours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long will my order take to arrive?
If you select standard shipping at checkout, then your order will arrive 2-7 days after it is placed. You can find tracking information on your Shipping Confirmation email. If you will not be able to receive your order on a specific date, please reach out to us at email@example.com prior to placing your order and we’d be happy to assist you.
What is Expedited Shipping?
We offer expedited shipping on all orders. Orders with expedited shipping will ship overnight and the expected delivery date is available in the Cart page. All orders placed before 8pm on Sunday - Tuesday ship out the next day, with orders being delivered within 2 business days. All other orders ship on Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday. Are all items shipped frozen?
Yes, all items are shipped frozen with dry ice.
Are my items safe to consume if no longer frozen upon arrival?
As long as the items remain in a chilled state, they are safe to consume. The dry ice may evaporate in-transit, and this is perfectly normal, especially during the warmer months of summer. Reach out to email@example.com if you have any concerns about the state of your order upon arrival.
What do I do with the dry ice?
Handle dry ice with gloves. You may leave the dry ice inside the box, and place the box outside. It will evaporate harmlessly within 24 hours. You may then recycle the plastic bags via participating drop-off locations such as retail stores for recycling.
Is your packaging material recyclable?
Yes, all of our packaging material is recyclable and compostable. The dry ice bags can be recycled with other plastic bags at drop-off recycling programs once the dry ice has evaporated. Gel Packs are drain-safe and can be poured down the drain after use.

What if my order never arrives or is lost, stolen, or damaged?
To protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during shipment add Route package protection at checkout.

When you file an issue, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 1-2 business days. How do I file a shipping issue for my lost, stolen or damaged order?

Can I make changes or cancel my order after it was placed?
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 30-minutes of being placed by emailing email@example.com. Please include your order number so that we may assist you. We cannot guarantee any changes will be accommodated beyond the 30-minute window.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns. If you are at all dissatisfied with your order or experience, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assist you.

What is the Autoship Policy?

Is there a discount on Autoship orders?
Yes! All products with Autoship selected will receive a 2% discount on every order.
How do I cancel?
Log into your account and click Manage Autoship. From here you will be able to edit any active orders, including cancelation. If you're having any trouble with this step, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

What is the return policy on VEDGEco Merchandise?
Merchandise redeemed via the VEDGEco Loyalty Program is not eligible for returns. If merchandise was purchased, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you further.
The VEDGEco Loyalty Program is no longer in effect. Previously distributed VEDGEco Cash may still be redeemed on merchandise.
