Ingredients
8 slices of bread cut 1/2” thick
12 All Vegetarian vegan bacon slices
2 large ripe tomatoes thickly sliced
4 green lettuce leaves rinsed and spun dry
1 large avocado or 2 small avocados pitted, peeled and sliced.
One red onion
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 cup JUST mayo
2 tsp yellow mustard

Directions
Defrost All Vegetarian Bacon & heat a frying pan. Add the bacon to the frying pan and cook according to the packaging.
Prep the vegetables. Slice the tomatoes, avocado, and onion and set aside. Rinse and slice the lettuce.
Slice & toast your bread to preferred darkness.
Add JUST Mayo & yellow mustard to a mixing bowl. Whisk together.
Assemble sandwich and cut in half to serve! Add salt and pepper to taste.
